At CMP, we're more than an educational charity; we're a catalyst for change. Our mission? To equip and inspire future leaders to unite and solve the problems that touch all our lives. Through our 'Hacking 4' (H4) courses, accredited by universities, we teach Lean Start-up methods and nurture an ecosystem of mission-driven talent. It's about diving deep into real challenges, bringing together the UK Government, Academia, and Industry to focus on the problem, not just the solution. By shaking up traditional education and opening doors to entrepreneurship, CMP is crafting the problem-solvers of the future, today.

Jordan is the Director of Programmes at the Common Mission Project UK. He is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of the Education Programmes.

Kat is the Programme Lead (Government & Industry) for Common Mission Project. She is responsible for managing external stakeholder relationships and manages the problem sourcing and curation function of the charity.

Emma is the Programme Lead (Higher Education) for the Common Mission Project. She is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Education Programmes and responsible for onboarding new universities.

Julia is the Programme Analyst on the University side and the Alumni Lead for Common Mission Project UK. She deals with the day-to-day administrative processes of course, and she is responsible for shaping the future of our Alumni Community.
